§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definition of terms
(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The specified Prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. In addition, there are any shipping costs.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by SOFORT-Überweisung, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as requesting an order for prepayment, invoice or cash on individual request by email or telephone.

(4) Shipping costs: Within Germany shipping is free of charge from 39.90 euros, shipping costs below 39.90 euros are 4.90 euros (the shipping service provider is DHL or Deutsche Post). Express shipping with DHL Express with guaranteed delivery on the next working day (Mon-Fri) costs 7.90 euros. An express delivery on Saturday costs an extra 10 euros and is only possible on individual request. Worldwide shipping with DHL costs 9.90 euros and is free of charge for purchases over 120 euros. The shipping costs for wholesale customers are calculated according to weight, the prices according to the DHL price list serve as a benchmark for the calculation.
- 4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for dispatch immediately. The dispatch takes place daily from Monday to Friday. No goods will be sent on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery with DHL usually takes place within one to three working days, when ordering with express delivery via DHL Express, delivery takes place on the following working day if the order is received by 11 a.m. (no delivery on Saturdays).
In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper delivery by sub-suppliers. This only applies in the event that the seller is not responsible for the non-delivery and the seller has concluded a specific hedging transaction with the supplier with due care. The seller will make every reasonable effort to procure the goods. In the event of the unavailability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the consideration will be reimbursed immediately.
(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item is only transferred to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer when the item is delivered to the buyer
§5 retention of title

§6 Warranty and Guarantee

(3 ) The provider is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. If the goods are defective, we will provide supplementary performance within a reasonable time, i.e. either a replacement delivery or the removal of the defects. If the supplementary performance you have chosen is only possible with disproportionate costs, the provider is entitled to provide supplementary performance in the other form.
(4) The costs required for the supplementary performance are borne by the provider. If the supplementary performance is unsuccessful, the customer has the right to either cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price.
(5) Defective goods are to be returned to the provider, unless the customer has decided to reduce the purchase price.
(6) Claims for defects become statute-barred 24 months from the time of delivery. In relation to entrepreneurs, the warranty obligation for items delivered by the provider is twelve months.
(7) The costs for the return in the event of a defect are borne by the provider.
